Below you can see some of the events, classes and activities that are being held in the coming days and weeks. Contact the person listed next to each activity for more information.

Is your activity missing from the list?


If you have booked an event or recurring activity/class at our venue, log into your account and click "My activities". From there you can create a listing (as below) for your activity and submit it to the admin team for approval. Once accepted, your activity will appear below.

Led by a supportive instructor, each session focuses on building stability and coordination at a comfortable pace, making it ideal for those looking to stay active, prevent falls, or regain mobility. It’s a friendly, encouraging environment where you can feel stronger, move more easily, and enjoy the benefits of staying active together.
